Meiklejohn Consulting uses practice theory as the basis for its work helping local governments work with their communities to respond to climate change.
This gives us a rounded view of the actions undertaken by households and businesses that local governments are trying to influence, to reduce emissions or improve resilience to climate change.
Our approach is to work with local governments to develop and deliver effective climate governance projects and programs. This is based on a strong research evidence base and a recognition that behaviour change needs to be integrated with other council activities and be capable to challenging systemic contributions to climate change.
